ピッツァだ~🍕

ピッツァを作るの何年ぶりかな?何故か急に食べたくなって冷蔵庫にある食材だけで作ってみた!と言うことで本日のランチはピッツァで~す。陽久さんは弘大で授業があり12:30頃帰宅。それに合わせて作り始める。トッピングは二種類準備「キノコのピッツァ」と「シーフードのピッツァ」。まずはトマトソースからつくります。買ったトマトソースは味も香りも嫌いなので。生地はアメリカンタイプで。何時もの癖?で全粒粉を少し入れる。キノコはシメジと舞茸、ベーコン、ドライトマトとオリーブ。焼いたよ~少しチーズ少なかったかな?オリーブとベーコンの塩気とドライトマトの甘さが効いている。以外と舞茸が美味しい!シーフードは・・・・・焼ける時の香りがたまらない。海鮮だ~たまにはピッツァもいいですね🎵トッピングは何でもあり。適当に作って、食べちゃおう‼️
